During these last several months as the athletes in our community have risen to the challenges of these times by adopting all kinds of new lifestyle habits, we've seen a very common question come up - what is a "healthy" diet? What we've come to understand over the last 15 years of coaching athletes through finding the best diet for them is that nutrition is not one-size-fits-all! This is because there's far more to nutrition than just what we are accustomed to hearing about. There is an ART to nutrition. And that's what we want to share with you! Over the next 4 weeks you'll:

  • Deepen your level of understanding about the impact of nutrition on the various aspects that affect your athletic performance such as energy levels, injury prevention, recovery, mood and so much more!

  • Learn how to make sense of nutrition labels, pick out high quality products and grocery shop efficiently.

  • Learn the language of your body and discover how to fuel yourself in a way that works best for YOU.

  • Learn how make permanent and positive dietary changes without the need for restriction, self deprivation or will power.

    Our engaging and jam-packed Zoom calls will be held each Wednesday from 6:30-7:30pm PST Dates: July 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th For those who can't make it to the live call, recordings will be posted.

    Each week you'll be receiving 8 recipe ideas for breakfast, lunch dinner and snacks! These recipes were created to bridge the gap between knowing what’s good for us on paper to actually bringing these nourishing dishes to life.
