    Our 1-on-1 and group coaching sessions are designed to keep your motivation and inspiration at an all time high throughout the whole process.

What Exactly Is Involved?

Within our curated 30-day plan for cleansing and detoxification, you'll receive:

  • Specific guidelines on a diet that gives your body the nutrients it has been missing and eliminates toxic and hard to digest foods.

  • An extensive library of resources and practices from which we'll create the perfect personalized cleanse for you.

  • Weekly group Zoom video meetings (every Thursday in May, 6pm PST), to coach you through the most crucial part of any cleanse - the practical applications.

  • Weekly 1-on-1 30 minute coaching calls to keep you on the right track with support and problem solving.

  • Unlimited email and text message support throughout the full 30 days.

The Schedule

Our month together will be divided into 3 phases:

1. Preparation (now until May 14th)

Starting with our first group Zoom call on Thursday, May 7th at 6pm PST, this phase is all about setting you up for success. We'll get your internal and external environments aligned, create support systems, and nail down your unique details for the customized cleanse you'll be doing.

2. 21-Day Cleanse (May 14th to June 4th)

This will be your focused time of implementing the habits in your nutrition and lifestyle that we've come up with as offering the absolute greatest benefit to you. You've planned everything out so it will fit with your life, now you press play and enter an amazing process of transformation, watching your body and mind shift from day to day. 

3. Re-Introduction (June 4th to...your choice)

Probably the most impactful, but least talked about part of a cleanse. This is when you get to be a scientist and run experiments - "What happens if I eat this?" Having had a rest from challenging foods for 21 days, your body will be re-sensitized to them, and have a healthier baseline of function, so that when you add something it doesn't handle well into the mix, you'll know pretty quickly. 

This gives us incredible information moving forward. If you're fine with some foods, you can stop worrying about them, and the ones that are really causing problems will make themselves known, and that process makes them WAY easier to avoid :)

He uses a holistic lens to educate on the continuum of health and performance, helping athletes restore their health and people struggling with pain to regain their full potential. For over a decade Mischa has been working with high performance athletes in many sports, helping them achieve their loftiest goals. He has helped athletes in Volleyball, Beach Volleyball, Soccer, and Field Hockey realize their dreams of competing at the Olympic Games.
