What to expect.

Each week you'll get access to 2-3 short videos (5-15 minutes each) that introduce an aspect of the secret sauce that so many of our athletes have used to go beyond what they thought possible. 

From those videos, you'll have some short tasks to perform - posting some reflections, doing a bit of journaling throughout the week, or trying out new habits and reporting back. All of these habits are designed to be easy to implement even for athletes with the busiest of schedules - they need these tips the most!

Because we love to hear about your process and we want to give you every tool to be successful, we'll always be available for questions and discussions through our AWA Facebook page (so others can benefit from your inevitably great questions).

What we expect from you.

We won't lie and say our Championship Habits course doesn't take effort. Anything worth achieving does.

But effort is not a bad thing, far from it. And if you're reading this, chances are you might even love effort - because you know that what you put into something is what you get out of it. 

Effort is also not difficulty. It takes effort to make your bed first thing in the morning, but it's not difficult. Our system is built around simple habits that produce big results.

What we can say is that if you would identify yourself as a driven, passionate athlete - someone committed to going the extra mile to feel and perform your best - you're in the right place. You'll thrive with us.

If you can dedicate 30 minutes per week to watching the videos, and then practice short, simple, but wildly impactful actions day to day, you will start to see some big changes.

We want to see you succeed, we want you to be thrilled and see this course as the best investment you've ever made. So we ask that you show up and put your heart into this like we know you put it into the sport that you love.

Mischa Harris

Mischa Harris is a Holistic Health Coach, Kinesiologist, and Fascial Stretch Therapist. His passion lies in empowering people to live healthier lives and do more of what makes them happy. He uses a holistic lens to educate on the continuum of health and performance, helping athletes restore their health and people struggling with pain to regain their full potential. For over a decade Mischa has been working with high performance athletes in many sports, helping them achieve their loftiest goals. He has helped athletes in Volleyball, Beach Volleyball, Soccer, and Field Hockey realize their dreams of competing at the Olympic Games.
